Barry-Eaton Baby Café: Baby Café is a place where individuals who are breastfeeding or thinking about breastfeeding can meet-up, ask breastfeeding questions and receive advice from an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), enjoy some free snacks, and meet other moms. Meets Tuesdays 10am-12pm at the Hastings Public Library and Wednesdays 10am-12pm at AL!VE in Charlotte. FREE.

Market Walk (Allen Neighborhood Center): Each summer, ANC hosts Market Walk at Hunter Park from 5-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from 9-11am on Saturdays. Each 10 laps walked around Hunter Park is 5 miles, which earns the walker a $5 token to the weekly Allen Farmers Market which is redeemable at any vendor’s booth! **Market Walk 2024 season ends in September.** Call (517) 367-2468 for more information. Return To Play Clinic: Done with your physical therapy rehabilitation but not quite back to 100%? Get an initial assessment and diagnosis by MSU Health Care experts in physical and occupational therapy. Every Monday and Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm at MSU Health Care Physical and Occupational Therapy in East Lansing. Visit MSU Health Care to register. Cost: $42.50 per session.

Sports Injury Saturday Walk-In Clinic: Saturday walk-in clinic at MSU Health Care for all adolescent, high school, and collegiate athletes with acute, non-urgent sports injuries and sports head trauma. Onsite imaging is available. Saturdays 8:00-11:00 a.m. No appointment necessary, most insurances accepted.

Strong Start | Healthy Start Health Workshops: Strong Start | Healthy Start hosts free workshops for expectant moms, dads, and parenting families with a child less than eighteen months old. All workshops are free and open to the community. A variety of topics are available, from yoga and journaling to family budgeting and breastfeeding. Information you can use for a healthy pregnancy and once your baby is born. In-person workshops include refreshments, giveaways, and transportation assistance. Tri-County Office on Aging Evidence-Based Programs & Workshops:  The Tri-County Office on Aging provides a number of evidence-based programs and workshops to meet the needs of older adults, their families and caregivers. All programs come with fully trained staff and all materials needed for any workshops.

YMCA Turning Point Program for Breast Cancer Survivors: Supportive breast cancer fitness and yoga classes for patients and survivors.
